HALLOWEEN PREP, PARTY and PARTICIPATION!

Little Girl had a fun Halloween Party the Saturday before Halloween. Little guy and all the rest of the kids had a wonderful time. Way to go Little Girl's Mom for throwing a great party and giving the kids a marvelous time.

Pumpkin carving for Family Home Evening. Little Guy was so excited he couldn't contain himself. He wanted to be involved in every stage of the carving. He thought the pumpkin guts were gross but loved watching Daddy carve the pumpkin. He couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We had our 1st snow five days before Halloween. It wasn't much but Little Guy had to get his mittened hands on the joyful white stuff.

While we are at it a snowy picture by the beloved pumpkin.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT!!! The event arrived and Little Guy was ready. Sweet Hubby was away on business so it was just the two of us. We went to an event at The University, that the students put on earlier in the day. Along with giving out a load of candy they had fishing,

giraffe ring toss,

ghost sucker coloring,

face painting,

a lot of picture taking,

AND Balloons. Little guy had a great time but the party wasn't over yet!!!

Trick or Treating!!!!! Little Guy had so much fun running up and down driveways collecting treats.

Photo opportunity I couldn't pass up.

These pictures were taken while, Little Guy was running down the sidewalk. Just check out the huge smile on his face. He was dressed up as, Max from "Where the Wild Things Are." Cutest Wild Thing I have ever seen. He loved telling people that he was a wild thing.

Little Guy got so much candy that he could barely carry his candy bag. The fun had been great and finally at the end of the night (on the way to pick up Sweet Hubby at the airport) Little Guy's big day caught up with him.

He woke up when Daddy reached to take him out of my arms. The Little Guy's smile at that moment, waking up in his Daddy's arms was the best and biggest of the night. We were all so happy to be back together. Our Halloween was so fun! We hope you all had a great time too!

In the spirit of the season.

I watch two other little ones during the week. One day the little girl I watch came dressed in her Halloween costume. She had had some pictures taken earlier and then showed up decked out. Little Guy and little boy thought they needed to join in the fun. Next thing I know the boys come down the stairs with, little girl wearing fun hats on their heads. Little Guy with a BYU cougar head hat and little boy with a Lightning McQueen Hat. It was all so cute I had to take pictures.

Fun Lunch!

Our Little Guy LOVES trains. So one day I got a little creative and we had train sandwiches for lunch. Little Guy loved it!!!! Enjoy the pictures, I laugh every time I see them.

You can also enjoy his crazy hair!! Still crazy, still super fun!!!

Playing Catch Up!

I have let things get in the way of updating our blog. I want grandparents, aunts, all family and friends to know that I am so sorry for leaving you hanging all these many months. I am sure your lives have not been as full with out all the news and pictures of our little family. So here is a summery of our summer.

Here a two cute videos of our Little Guy mopping the floor. His speech has developed greatly and you can see a bit of his darling personality.

I was playing with colorful animal barrettes one day and Little Guy thought they were cool. So here we are with our animal barrettes in our hair. Aren't we darling?

Lounging in his favorite spot with his favorite drink. GOT MILK!!!

Nana and Papa went to Disney Land and got this great Lightning McQueen hat for Little Guy. He loves it and wouldn't take it off for anything.

Believing that swimming is a vital skill for life we placed our precious child in swimming lessons this summer. The first session was a Parent and Child class. Shown below are my Sweet Hubby and Little Guy in one of the 1st classes. He did great and had two more sessions through the summer. He can now do a variety of water skills with out fear. Yes we have to keep and eye on this one. He is a crazy pool jumper.

Big "30" came for my Hubby and a great celebration was necessary. So the two of us went on a "ghost hunt". We joined a tour of the Jerome Arizona haunted areas. We had a good time but wouldn't recommend it for anyone who is really into this kind of stuff. It was more of a history lesson, which was interesting but not quite what we were expecting. The views were great and we did have fun going around with Electromagnetic Field Recorders. They were fun to use. We had a good time watching the rest of our tour freak out every time the recorders would go off when we would pass a bunch of wires. We didn't catch any ghosts but we did catch a few orbs. That is if you believe in that sort of thing. ;)

In the beginning of July we moved from on campus housing to a roomy town home. Shortly after our move I came down stairs and found Little Guy with my makeup bag. He had found my mascara and was the result. Check out the teeth!

For my birthday my Sweet Husband planned a great retreat. We went to Las Vegas to see REEL BIG FISH. They are a great SKA band that I have LOVED since high school. The concert was AWESOME!!!!!!! We danced all night and didn't get to bed till after 3 A.M. We stayed at Treasure Island, so nice, so fun. We had such a great time that we didn't take any pictures till we were getting ready to leave town. So here are a few I snapped. This doesn't show how much fun we really had but they are nice to look at. THANK YOU SO MUCH HUBBY FOR SUCH A SPECTACULAR BIRTHDAY!!!! YOU ROCK MY WORLD!!!!!!!!! Another big thank you for the good friends that helped take care of our Little Guy so we could have our Grand Adventure.

Anytime there is a REEL BIG FISH concert in the area you can guarantee that we will be there. If you want to see us in our element and having crazy fun, please feel free to join us.
